Title: Climate control and dash light bulbs

Hi All, looking for some help to replace my climate control bulbs and a dash light bulb. I am useless at car DIY. Had many attempts with various cars over the years but always end up in disaster and usally expensive! So tend to leave to someone who knows what they are doing! Not after a freebee by the way. I'm in Kidderminster, Worcestershire.

Thanks for the link, that's the sort of thing I have tried in the past with not a very successful out come. Would it be better to try an auto electrician? Some people are natural DIYers and some aren't. I'm not ;D

A Naked Dash Light Bulb

Dash Light Bulb in its Holder

Lower the steering wheel to its lowest point, a screw can then be seen, and unscrewed.

Using a "Butter Knife" carefullt prise out the Centre Vents.

You will then see two screws one to the right corner, one to the left. Once unscrewed remove the Vent Housing.

Once the Vent Housing is out of the way a screw at the end of the "Clocks" needs to be removed, then you can ease the clocks out just enough to get your hand around the back to pull out the Plug to the MID Computer then remove. ( I managed to reach the bulb and replace it without unplugging the MID Computer).

Feel free to drop it down here, I will happily hold your hand whilst you do it.  Make sure you have radio code, as radio has to come out.

Thanks again. May take you up that offer the boy. Be a good excuse to give the MV a run out. What are the part numbers for the dash and climate bulbs?

Haven't got them to hand. Dealer will know.

What are the part numbers for the bulbs (the large and small)194 and ? so i can find online. Plus how many would i need for a full replacement for each size.
