Title: URGENT multiplug removal - how to?
Post by: Varche on 25 October 2007, 13:32:56
I'm changing the ABS ecu unit - got the battery out, but can't figure out how to undo the three multiplugs at positive end of the battery tray.

I don't want to force them - do they twist, push down, yank out or is there something I'm missing?

Thanks for any prompt reply

I've found a screw that holds the bracket in place and pushed the lot onto the battery tray.

3 screws out on the ABS ECU. the 3 easiest of course.

Next question How do the wiring plugs come out of the ABS ECU please? :)

These three plugs collars all twist anticlockwise (viewed from the top), they will disengage as the collar rotates.

may be quite stiff to start as there is a location when they are home.
