You need to figure out where its coming from.  If not HBV could be a nearby hose split or come lose.  Or failing that the coolant bridge/pipes in the rear of the V.

It could also be the hbv again as i think there were some faulty ones coming out of vx not so long ago, check that again. markie had this problem with the hbv if i am not mistook. :-?

had the same a few weeks back, it was one of the coolant hoses from the hbv, had to strip all the inlet manifolds to find it, have fun ;)

Hi ....this seems to be a very common fault with this engine.....my V6er leaked all the time.
I changed the oil cooler, coolant bridge, HBV, Thermostat, checked all hoses and then eventually it blew the head gasket big time...i think the fault was initially a core plug in the back of the head which you cannot get to...!!

Any how now ive got a new engine in the car instead of jiggering around with the damned old engine
