Hi there. I have a Omega 3.0 Elite on a 99 T plate and the engine is miss firing. I have replaced the plug Leads, sparkplugs and rocker gaskits and still have the miss. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Richy, and welcome.
I'm not a V6 man, but the first question that one will ask
you, when he comes along, is have you checked your codes?
Have a look at this link and watch the video.
Post up any codes you get, or any problems in actioning the test.

By the way, to help anyone else trying to help you in the
future, please fill in your Profile.
Go to the Profile Button, near the top of the page under the date,
click on it and follow the steps and prompts it offers you.
Folk need to know which model you drive, and it will save you
having to type it in every time you make a post.

not sure in stating the obvious
but the coil packs tend to fail on the v6 models
and are a nightmare to change
took me 3 hours lol

yep, possible dis-pack... Mark knows how to diagnose these (I dont :-[)

Thanks for all your help. I'm a newbie at this. Any more info on how to check the codes and how to check to dispack would be great.

Any more info on how to check the codes
Click on the link I gave you in the second post on this thread.
Read it, watch the video, and post up the codes it gives you.
Have a pen and paper handy, count the flashes, and write down
your codes.
You can sometimes miss flashes when you take your eyes off
it, to write down your code. So it might help if you have someone
with you to write down the numbers as you shout them out, keeping
your eyes on the flashing light like a hawk.
