Title: how do i remove the rear headrest parcel shelf bit

hi im trying to get to take out the rear blind, I have read the guide on here and taken out everything, but now it just says take out the rear headrest sleeve hole eyelet thingies.

So i am now stuck as I dont know how to remove these, are they a pull, turn or something else.

Please help if you can today. before it gets dark hehe

Just pinch in the sides and they should come straight out

yep that works cheers, I am now having trouble with the power block connector, cant work out how to disconnect from the parcel shelf.
