Title: Omega Alternator problem

Hi all, have been on before but not been around much .  
 
I have and 2.5 V6 Cd and the alternator has just died  
 
I have a 2.0 with a blown head gasket sat in my garden waiting to be fixed, does anybody know if I can transfer the alternator over.
 
Need the car tomorrow to take my bro to lincoln to pick up his new motor.

No you cant.....where are you....I have a couple in the garage.
