Clean and lube the throttles......as its drive by wire.

You need to open the throttles to make sure the edges of the discs are clean and the contact points are also clean.

I assume this is at idle?

Any trouble codes reported?

I would say it's an air leak somewhere. You've got no idle valve to leak and if it was a sticking throttle body the drive by wire system would probably detect it go into limp-home. Does it drive OK apart from this?

Yes it is when at idle, stopping, waiting at junctions etc., etc., :(

Will I need to take the whole housing off or just remove the vacuum hoses?
