Does anyone know if there is a Relay incorporated with the wiring for the heated Front seats and if so it's location.

Not according to Mr Haynes (for the pre-face lift cars), there are ignition latched relays for those cars with rear seat heaters.

This is what I was wondering as I too could only find a relay mentioned for rear ones.

As far as I know the relay for the rears is only to prevent rear seat passengers leaving them on for ever & a day.

I have leather recaro sports front seats as standard. The drivers side doesn,t heat but the passenger side does but is quite slow to warm.As I spend lots of hours in car have sourced a new heated seta pad, genuine GM for recaro, and have found an upholsterers who are able to replace. They are going to remove the leather covering and detach the original heater pad, then replace with the new one..down side to this is the cost !!!they want £140 but have gaurenteed it will be factory quality repair so am now in the decision process of warm seat against thin wallet.
The rears in mine also do not work but reading lots of previous threads it is more likley to be a relay or fuse etcso will have a look when have time..but as the rear seats only get sat on about once a month hardly seems worth the effort.
