Yep..The price difference between 10-40 and 0-40 is not much here..Next week I need change the oil.Which one is proper for mega..Here the winters are -10C to -15 C ..

The Omega is specced to use such a wide variety of oil grades it probably doesn't matter too much.
But with winter coming the 0w40 will be better for cold starts, in theory (thinner when cold).

I'd be wary of using 0w40 if your mileage is high, as it's more likely to find leaks or even escape past the piston rings.
