Title: omega 2.5 Td auto Stall speed

Hi I have an 98  omega 2.5 td auto and I think the stall speed is way to high on this converter (2200rpm) Have anyone ever tried to get another converter with lower stall speed.Lower stall speed would be very good for MPG if the engine have some torque between 1500 and 2000rpm.
