Title: abs/tc light
Post by: EGGY2 on 01 February 2008, 21:31:48
hi guys, me again, driving home yesterday when my car seemed as if it lost all power and all the lights on the dash came on, you would have thought the batt died then it came alright, all lights went out apart from the abs/tc light, checked the fuses today and i noticed the fuse in wee box beside the batt was blowing 80 amp so i replaced it and it blew again, dont know if this has anything to do with the abs/tc does anyone know what that fuse is for? as you open the wee box its the first one on the left there only is four fuses in this box, ive tried to explaine as best i can.

not really sure what this fuse does as i never got a manual with the car, do you think the fuses in that box are for the alarm? what else would make the abs/tc light stay on? cheers

just after disconecting the batt and replacing 80amp fuse, connected the batt again started the car and everything was fine until i stopped the car and when i restarted it, it blew the fuse again, so this fuse has something to do with the abs/tc does anyone know what the problem might be? could it be brake sensers or something, i havent a clue what it would be and its very annoying.
