Title: ignition switch wiring - quick q

Hi Guys

Any one know what the really thin wire that comes of the ignition switch of a 95 TD does? i can work out the remaining thick ones just not the thin one!!

what colour is the wire?

Its the single black thin one that goes to a terminal of its own in the switch

surely someone must know what the ignition wires do?
