Hi All
New Member Today.
Any one have pictures on the fan belt. My tensioner seized and broke. need to replace tensioner and new belt. I have no idea how it goes.
Please help

No special tools required. I did my belt and tensioner a few weeks ago easy job. One bolt holds the pully in place I think 15 mm. Remove the nut from the centre of the pully which will the slide off the shaft. fit replacement pully and route the new belt as per diagram. The tensioner pully is spring loaded so when you put clockwise pressure on the pully nut it will move I found it easier to fit the belt over the alternator pully last.carfully release pressure of the tensioner which will then tension the belt. check the belt is located correctly on all the pullys run the engine briefly then stop it and re check. Job done :y
