coolant bridge is between the V at the back. Basicaly, plenum off, the next part of the intake off, then its easily accessible. You may be able to get to it with just plenum and scuttle off.

Coolant Bridge.
Plenum off, dependin on small your hands are you may reach it with the fuel injection stuff on... if not, off with that too.
Small brass bolt, in the centre of the coolant bridge.
Btw capitals are considered shouting!

Have you done a paperclip test??
There could be other reasons for it not starting. I would have thought the engine temp sensor would have nothing to do with the engine starting/cranking?

It may stop it firing, as ecu will get mixture wrong

Did they prove that it was the temp sensor, or is it a guess? Could be leaking injectors etc as well....

You should never start the car with throttle applied! Dip the clutch if its a manual but no touching the gas pedal.
Could be a fuel injector thats your problem?
Try starting without any throttle see what happens, if it does not start wait a while, then crank with the throttle fully applied, and keep it fully applied while cranking for up to 5-8 seconds, if it starts then you got a dud injector
