Title: 2.5TD GLOW PLUGS

Can anyone give me advice on how to change the glow plugs on my 2.5TD please? What's involved? Thanks!

Removing the inlet manifold I beleive (this is quite involved)
I had mine done 2 weeks ago by the guy who maintains my Traktor
He fitted Beru brand (OEM type fitted by BMW) approx £11 ea.
Steer clear of the cheap ones on e-bay - they will not last

Intake off, then the just unscrew (once you've removed leccy connector).

About £7 each on TC

It looks a lot more involved than it is to actually do.
Just make sure you don't trap the thin cable from the sensor on one of the centre injectors when replacing the plennum. I managed to pinch mine under the plennum. :-[ Spent ages trying to work out what the fault was when it broke a week later.
