Disconnect the Smaller Hose from cam cover.
Start the engine and let it Idle. Check for a suction on the Small
Breather Hose by placing my thumb on and off the end of it.
No suction
-------
my car dont have any problem it dont stall or anything
but i should fix it b4 stop me
i think it s better to change the IACV
to clean it
and put the new1 . >:(
what brand is good ? i found something in ebay around £30
any good?
thank you

Changing the IACV will be a total waste of money.
Send the £30 to charity and keep the old IACV on.
The result to your engine will be same, but at least
the charity would benefit from your 30 quid. :)
Clean it all out IAW the guide before it bites you on the bum.
You may have caught it in time, before it starts blocking your
system, screwing up your IACV and blowing your cam cover
gasket.

i opened everything

use a new gasket between
the IACV and the throttle body
where can i get the gasket ?
and what if u just clean the IACV not the throttle body (Butterfly Valve)
dose it make any different ?
thank u very much for the reply
-
You must clean out the Breather Jet as described.
Or any other work you do will be a waste of time and energy.
You can get a gasket from Vauxhall or online from the following
link for £1-15p.
I believe there's a member on here, AndyC?, that will also sell
and post spares to you at competitive rates.

That's all anyone can ever ask of you. :y
Just follow the small breather pipe down to where it ends at
the Jet, as shown in the picture. Follow my instructions,
especially about the metal sealing washers, and it will look
like the last picture when you get it out.
Take your time and do it right. There's no prizes for a rubbish
job done quickly. Doesn't matter how long it takes.
