Andy, good of you to post the piccy :y,
Can't believe the price of the for:

adjusting the upper & lower guide roller
 £56.94 INC VAT & POSTAGE

It's a 'kin spanner for God's sake....  I assume that they make folks believe that they actually need one and that a spanner wont do....

 DC :y

I think most people on here would agree that you can't 100% accurately time the GM V6 without the proper kit.

Small question if I may ..... probably sounds daft but I like to be certain ....

All the cam locking kits I see advertised .. even the AST4145, say they are for Omega V6 2.5, 2.6, 3.0 ... do they also do the 3.2 ??

or does this require a different set ?

No for a draper one, but at the end of the day the 4pots are dead easy it just needs to hold the cams. no point in an expensive tool

The Budget Sealey V6 isn't a bad price if you need one in a hurry.  I presonally got my SP one, brand new, from egay for £50.

The spanner though, :o - I use a Draper Expert 30mm offset jobbie, about £9 IIRC.  Probably not as good as the £56 one, but :o

The 4 pot lock.  Most factors sell the draper one for around a fiver, though its only the cam wedge. I don't reconise the other bit in your photo.
