Title: Stalling at lights
Post by: MadMark73 on 06 March 2008, 21:12:32
Hi. My omega occasionaly stalls when rolling up to lights, t juntions etc. idle tickover is about 500rpm which seems abit low,(my carlton is about 800rpm). Would the failing of the crankshaft sensor be causing this or is there some other likely cause? Thanks.

500 is spot on for the Omega...does it fluctuate at all...could be IACV needs a clean or replacement...

I know this probably a silly question but what is an IACV and where is it?
