Post by: Nuttyboy on 07 March 2008, 10:11:48
Hi Guys and Girls.

I would like to know if anyone can help i seem to have a knocking from both sides of the car when i hit a bump in the road. It is from the front of the car but it does not affect the steering in any way.Does the omega 2.5 estate 1997 have any suspension faults that i should know about.

Have a nice day now 8-)

Its more than likely to be your droplinks which are about £15 from Ebay :y

Failing that the wishbone bushes are fairly notorious for wearing, but you can tend to feel a bit of slack in the front first  :)

I drive down a road with speed bumps everyday to get to work and get through a set of droplinks about every 10 months.
The first sign is a knock from the front as I go across the bump.
