Title: car wont rev over 4n a half k

Hey all i have a 2L omega n basically she wont rev out, only to about 4 and a half rpm n the engine management light is on!! She also takes a good while to start!!! Anybody know wats wrong??? Any help appreciated!!

Dp a paperclip test mate which is explained in Maintence Section, then come back with the Codes :y

Do a paperclip test to confirm that cam sensor is fubar
