You didn't know me when I had my first 3.0 Elite... that was a fast car! Still, didn't QUITE have the edge on that Pug :D

Actually, the MV6 needs some TLC, and has been a bit neglected lately  :'(.  Doesn't have the 'edge' it had earlier in the year.  Its been 4k since last oil change, so that will be my mission this week. Omegatoy didn't nick my V6 filters ;D

Breathers clear, throttle body needs a clean up - ran out of cleaner last time it was off.

If the pug was a v6 then it will be quicker than an omega. My brother had one and it was quite a bit quicker. Very fast revving in comparison to an omega v6. BUT, i do think peugeot's electrics are absolutely naff (having experienced a 405 myself) .

My brother now has a 406 coupe 3.0v6 and that flies , but will do i suppose as they are alot lighter then the omega.

They are nice(ish) to look at but not that nice as a car IMO

The seats are just too slippy, engine sounds rough first thing (heard 4 different ones and all sound same) , dealers are f**wits most of the time in Stoke, very low so exhaust scrapes are common.

Yeah they are quick but im sure the difference you would save buying a same reg omega over a pug coupe , you could plough into making the omega much faster.

I totally agree, Omega is a much much better car.

I just have a soft spot for these.

And personally think it sounds more "V6'y" than a Meega...

Yeah , i think factory setup the pug does sound alot more v6'ey than the omega. But mine has a funnel filter and i had a race (on a private road) with my brother and mine at full chat sounds like a formula 1 car lol , where his just sounded like a v6 if you know what i mean. I think with the right exhaust/airfilter combination the omega sounds better. Mine seems to sound pulsey more than his.
