No, but - although my car is good, it needs TLC and maintenance, like any car.

I have historically had old wrecks and ramped them into the ground.... This one, I intend to keep tip top... which means digging in the pocket!

But you likely have most of the exhaust. The cambelt pulleys looks normal to me when we adjusted the timing, and hence the waterpump can wait. Thats £300 odd that you can spend on it in the spring instead.

what i am going to suggest requires financial will power, personally i have done this in the past.

Shove the purchases on a credit card, apply for one that gives a long term 0% balance transfer rate, transfer the balance, cancel the original card that had the original purchases on it (£700 in your case)

Divide the amount by the months i have the 0% and that then sets my repayment method, the new card gets torn up as soon as it arrives, cant spend on it, as soon as the balance is clear the card is cancelled, and i improve my credit rating as well.....double bubble

Don't need credit cards, money's not the issue... If it's going to keep the car perfect, I rekon it's money well spent?

Mate, don't get me wrong, every car on this planet needs maintenence, I'm thrilled to bits with this one ;)

It's the first time I've actually felt good about keeping a car tip-top :y

Ps, not seen you around for a while, you alright?

Yes. Fine thanks James. Been having a look in, but it's not the same without the car to talk about. The alfa forum is ok, but so many different models, so chat is a bit thin on the ground.
