You need to visit a dealer or if your close to Brackley or Nottingham, visit TheBoy or Mark DTM to connect your car to a Tech 2 and find out why the light is on.

as mentioned above, you need to find the root cause of the light being on, rather than just turning it off.

Is it the orange light with a picture of an engine or the green? one with a spanner on? If it's the former I will put money on it being the cat efficiency error that all 3.2s appear to throw, and nothing to worry about.

Update your profile to show where you are and maybe someone near you has got a code reader.
