Title: Check oil level

Hi all
I did an oil change on Friday and all seemed well but early this morning MOnday I was doing about 80 MPH and Check oil level came up on the MID should I be worried .If i should what should i do  :-/

Have you dipped it? If the level is OK via the dip stick then you've got a faulty low level switch in the sump, or the connector has become loose/detached.

I find it does not need to be very low for the warning to appear, around halfway between the lines can trigger mine.

I would check the oil level if I was you... ::)

On mine that warning comes up at half way between the marks (= 1/2 litre down).  Could just be the oil filter filling up.   Top up to the level and see how you go.
