EDITED:
They'll fit (i.e 110mm pcd 5 bolt pattern), but the offset may be ET45 or thereabouts being from a front wheel drive car. An Omega needs an offset of ET35-38.
You MAY spacers by Eibach / H&R and these would cost you roughly another £180 for the 2 pairs.
There's enough space under an Omega's arches to use +25mm spacer per corner at the rear and +16mm spacer per corner at the front.
These wheels are from a Vectra/Signum-C VXR...

I'm puzzled by your answer.
I got a set of brand new Astra Alloys, the 16" version of the ones shown in the picture and they fitted straight away on to my Omega with no spacers or mods.

They'll "fit" no problem, but how far tucked under the car are they? You should check their offset (ET number stamped on the inside of the wheel). The lower the number (in mm) the further out they sit on the car. Front wheel drive Vx cars tend to have a lower offset wheel of around ET45 is whereas a RWD car, such as an Omega or Carlson will have a wheel of ET 35-38.
They may be fine, they MAY need this taking into account, I perhaps should have made that clearer in my initial reply.
The wheels I have in the picture above came as ET45; I use spacers anyway, even with the standard 17" Elite wheels which were ET35.

Said you would get a better answer on here.....Knew there was something to take into account but couldnt quite remember what :y

The off set from a 05 Astra to a 98 Omega worked out at about 8mm, with the Astra wheels sitting slightly further in....No ones noticed so far although I'd like some spacers perhaps, merely to give the impression of having a wider rear ????
