Title: White Sports Dials (Ebay)
Post by: Jim on 21 October 2007, 12:36:41
Hello,
Has anyone bought the white dials for the omega which you can buy on ebay, it says the are made from card and you have to cut them out , I got a custom set of dials made in germany a few years ago but they where made from plastic, if anyone has bought a set can you let me know if they are any good.
cheers jim :y

You'd have to get them lined up pefectly or with them being backlit they would look wrong if the increments didn't line up. Also with them being self adhesive will they be one go to get it right? and if you remove them what sort of residue will be left behind?
In case no one had noticed I've got my negative sceptical head on today :-/ :D

I bought a clock set of ebay with the white dials already on, yes they look good BUT the dash lights are hard to see during the day so if you get the eml light come on you can't see it due to there being no cut out's for the usual dash lights. You will be better off getting the dials that have the cut outs in, makes life alot safer.

A wee bit more mine were 68 quid or was it euros? can't remember now :P, however you do get the option re ali face and backlight colours etc., but they did take over 3 months to get them, but they hopefully should have kept the template from mine, might be quicker now ::)
