Title: Headlamp washers

hi guys my headlamp washers are not working any ideas? i'm guessin the pump is the smaller of the 2 attached to the water tank (the bigger being the windscreen pump at a guess)

any ideas?

Looking from the front, the headlamp one is the R/H of the 2. If the motor is running then i would suggest the filter is blocked. To clean the filter just pull the pump out from the tank, the filter is the rubber bung that can now be seen, remove this and clean/replace.

Other way round. The headlamps are washed with a greater pressure than the screen.

Cars with head lamp washers need to have a strong mix of washer fluid. Otherwise they block up

been out n checked, with headlights on jammed stalk and the smaller pump goes but biggin doesnt, also took it out (youz coulda told me the water tank would empty lol ;D ) and no blockage at first sight

so safe to assume the pumps pumped?
