Title: door lock

hello I have just got a y reg 2.2 DTI and have two problems 1st the passenger door central locking won't work propperly can any one tell how to get the door panel off it has side air bags if that makes any differance and 2nd the out side air temp is wrong as it is reading a minus figure all the time can it be reset thanks    :y
