Title: Redex & other fuel additives.

Hi Guys

Has any one out there used fuel additives.. if so which ones have you used.

What effects do they have.

Are they worth looking at.

And finaly can any of them cause damage to the engine.

I believe that most of the guys on here use Forte, can't see that it will do any harm, but I personally don't use them.

Keep the breathers clean and well maintaned, and change the fuel filter at the required intervals, and you should be alright, unless the car has been neglected.

Redex injector cleaner is pretty good, I find it ticks over better after treatment..

Redex is useful with LPG cars
