Got a question for anyone who's got experience with replacing the coolant bridge bolts and washers.
I've just resealed my oil cooler plate and reattached the coolant bridge with new washers. The bridge itself moved when I was tightening the bolts and it now looks like the bridge has moved forwards.
Will this leak if I leave it like that or do I need to release the bolts and reposition the bridge again?
Here's a picture of it.
Thanks

Its unlikely to have moved a great deal plus th holes in the coolant bridge are not in the centre of the castings where you would automatically expect them to be.

Yeah Mark new ones used the old ones disintegrated anyway when I took them off. Released them slightly to readjust and as Marks said there is very little play really. I guess the washers a slightly different from the old ones they replaced. But happy non the less :y
