Hi Everyone,
Just been onto the drive to be greeted by a stream running from under my 2.6 V6, it seems to be dripping off of the bell housing. Checked the fluid and it has a sweet taste, possibly a water leak, anyone any ideas previous problems.
P.S Does the Omega have a hydraulic clutch?
Cheers

Possibly the HBV .. check the water level ??
(unless its persisting down like it is here . in which case it's RAIN !!!!!! )

First thing to check is the HBV like already said mate :y

Checked the fluid and its low, topped up, will i need to change the valve?

It would be a good idea to .. and sooner rather than later ... leaks don't mend themselves, they get worse, and eventually will leave you stranded at best ... or with an overheat at worst :(
ALSO ... and this is important to your wallet ... the HBV usually leaks all over the DIS pack ( if you have one of course - not sure if the 2.6 does) which then fails and needs replacing at mega wonga .... :(

Followed Pete G`S How To and changed the HBV, he is right about the swear box, I must have filled it!

2.6 / 3.2 have dis cartridges on each bank so don't tend to get drenched by the HBV failing. Still a fun job though!
