Thanks!
Shall i just post all of my pics? then anyone can print them off ready for doing the job...?
I'd also be keen to know where people put the ECU, i bolted mine opposite the pollen filter and fed the wires through a large rubber grommet to the left into the HBV area.
-
I put mine under the airbox - where the self levelling pump would be if I had one. These seem to be the only options really.

Wow, thats a lot of wires running about the engine bay.
Self leveling pump? what's one of them?

I think i missed that one, i take it an MV6 doesn't have one? :-[
Here a few more flicks anyway... The one of the tank was my last 2.0GLS but my MV6 is just the same.

Correct. If you look up under the airbox, just in front of the front driver's side wheel there is a load of space up there. Jay W fitted the ECU and vapouriser there.

Some good pics there matey :y
So did you drill and tap from the underside of the manifold then i take it???
Looks a good job tho, may try that on my other manifold, once i get the car all up and running.
-
Anyone need any 3.0 manifold with fuel rails for LPG conversion or just for practice then let me know, got a couple sitting around £20 including postage...

That's exactly where i put my vapouriser, i do have a water leak at the moment, so it'll be nice and easy to work with the car on stands.

Nope drilled from the top in the same direction as the petrol injectors, then countersunk the hole from the bottom. Don't forget to use some threadlock....

Was that a leaky shock absorber i saw there...(just changed mine so i can afford to be cocky) ;D
-
Not sure, i did th LPG install last autumn so may have been wet through earlier the day...

Is that a good idea???
Would this not restrict the airflow somewhat????
And you would have to cut a big hole in it to get the wires out :-/

That is what a professional did!
It did restrict and there was a big hole
