Title: air con probs

hi all,i have a 2001 omega 2.6 mv6 saloon,there is no cold air comming from the air con,ive been told that the pump works as it can be heard underneath the bonnet,i have been told today by a friend of a friend that the chances are it just dosnt need a re-gas because if there was no gas left in the system the pump wouldnt work,

any suggestions?

I have the same problem mate so lets see what the cause of the problem is? I have just put a post on as well.

You need to see an a/c specialist who will check the system pressures, if low it probably just needs refilling, if very high it suggests another fault.
