Title: Omega Elite X25XE engine rear view pics wanted

I am still stuck for a picture of the rear of a X25XE engine in order that I can see what metal pipe is meant by those who inform me that that is where the water leak is probably from. I already have a new HBV ready to fit. Hopefully someone somewhere has the engine already out and can grab me a pic?

There are some good rear view pics in the Maintenance section on this site. If your water leak is from the transfer pipe joint at the block, it is right down at the back of the engine, in the middle, just above the gearbox bellhousing. I know because I've recently been there! And what a pig it is to get to.

ARGhhhhh! Thanx for that. Might have known nothing comes easy! Well, all I can do now is just hope that the new HBV resolves the leak otherwise I will be losing more reams of skin and expanding my naughty vocabulary.

Don't suppose you can tell me where the thermostat fits as mine is missing! Does it just go into the end of the metal pipe the top hose connects to, or is it elsewhere?
Suppose it will be graet when I finally get it done though.........
