Can anyone recommend a decent Torque Wrench that isn't going to break the bank? there's loads on Ebay for £15-£20...but are they any good?

It depends what you want it for (range). I would be suspicious in that price range though.
I have a Sealey 5-25nm (I think..) which was about 30 quid as I recall.

Ive the halfords 8-60 so far, £49.99 or £39.99 with trade card
Only used it once so far, but it seems ok

Halfords do a good one, they also give a lifetime warrenty on the professional items

That looks just the ticket!!! The last torque wrench I had had a habit of stripping threads, so I would rather get something that is recommended.
