Title: car feels abit slugish

Hi all my car feels abit slugish now after iv been useing it none stop since iv had it.i did and oil chage with new oil filter,air filter and new spark plugs.It feels alot better after that but can u think of anything else i can do to get it 100 per cent :y

Fuel filter, and clean the throttle bodies and breathers...
