New door trim is about £30 from Vx, it is stuck on and clipped >:(
You need to carefully use a wallpaper scrapper or similar to get behind the old trim to break the glue.
You will need to clean off the old glue with petrol. A time consuming job. But fitting the new one takes about 1 min ;D

Bumper trim, is about £25 per section and the guide says the rest ;)
