Title: GERMAN EBAY, "I LOVE IT"
Post by: ffcgary1 on 21 October 2007, 15:52:04
I have today had a great day, and have won a set of gen irmscher wood door trims[ the ones that go behind the door opening pull] and a gen irmscher wood gear knob. I have been searching for these for the best part of 4 years now and i am Over the moon. :) :) :) For any one interested have a look. There is a front irmscher air dam on there for the facelift omega. looks good too. :y

Yes i poss did pay a touch over the rate for them, but as i am not in the reich i am not in a position to go to a dealer. So as i have been after them for so long now, i was not going to pass up the chance to get them.

As for the recaros he would ship only to germany, but anywhere else the buyer has to sort the shipping or collect in person. :)

Iv been after some of the irmscher stuff but its a pain in the rear coz they only do bank transfer so you end up paying more when you have to pay the bank there buttie. Anyway got myself the carbon auto gear surround off ebay for £20 and then look had a week later got the door trim bits for £12.50 inc p+p now thats lucky i think (which never happens to me). I do have a carbon look coin tray for a manual that came with the door trims thing mite put it on the bay. :)

I have a spare irmscher wooden steering wheel, picture below;

(http://memimage.cardomain.net/member_images/11/web/275000-275999/275300_47_full.jpg)

The only thing wrong with it is, if you can imagine the steering wheel is a clock at the 2 o'clock position there is a small air bubble under the laquer on the under side of the steering wheel, apart from that it's in mint condition :y

I'd always fancied one of them, but, as is the case with yours, they never seem to come with radio controls. :( I've never even considered pricing one direct from Irmscher. :-?

A INTERNATIONAL BANK TRANSFER COSTS ABOUT £10-15 and is quite straight forward, tell your bank the account details and they make the transfer, easy :y
