Title: WOW!
Post by: omegalord on 31 October 2007, 19:25:45
Just been out in a Mercedes Benz E 320 CDi , and i have never been in a car so quick. It was automatic and absolutely flew.

I never knew a car could pick up so quickly and pin you in the seat like your on an airplane.

Apparantly it has over 200bhp and nearly 400Ibft of torque.

Just looked on tinternet to get the stats and it is limited to 155mph, does 0-60 in just over 6 seconds and has 397Ibft of torque. And thats standard.

And that still returns a combined 38mpg.  Thats unreal

Im amazed!  :o :o :o

The Merc would win on Torque though.... and average mpg.

Have to say i wish they put a bigger diesel in the Omega, like with the 5 series.

The 3.0 V6 Diesel thats in the Veccy C would have been nice in the Omega.....
