Title: Tapping noise

Guys, on cold start ups there is a tapping noise coming from low down on the engine, after 3000 rpm it goes or after about 5 mins running it goes. Any ideas? I was thinking exhaust seal or something??

Most likely exhaust manifold...or second cat to manifold...
