Hello all again whilst sorting my car out with the new crank sensor i discoverd that i have oil in every plug hole ? would this be the cam gaskets? and if so is it a big job to put right i have been told that its a bit of a pain ? Have smoke coming out of the engine bay and its getting to the point where people are papping there horns to tell me that there is smoke coming from it :-[ as if i cannot see it or smell it.

I would not attempt to drive your miggy if it's now causing concern for other road users, your risking an engine fire at the worst.
The job isn't hard, just make sure you get non pattern but genuine VX parts.
Don't forget that you will have to clean out the breather system to

Ok thanks for that by the sound of it the breather pipes could be blocked would that cause poor fuel economy im guessing it would. the only thing that baffles me is that performance seems to be ok and i dont get the smoke in the morning its only on the return jurney to nottingham in the afternoon that i get it. Maybe its because when i pull up at work the oil is dripping onto the manifold and building up and then burning of on the return jurney

You've hit the nail on the head there. The heat and pressure expands the plastic covers and hence the oil dripping. You may be lucky with the oil not affecting dis packs but would definately replace the spark plugs while you have the system stripped down. :y
I had my covers leaking and didn't cotton on to the early warning signs that the breather system was blocked with the staining:

I really need to do mine, got the gasket sets sitting ready just no time :'( I do make time a couple of times a week to remove the oil from the plug wells though... I use a 60ml seringe with a piece of tube attached to suck as much out as I can. Hopefully this will keep my dis packs safe until I get a weekend off!
