Thats too much bother for the people in the UK. We all just sit back and moan but too lazy to do anything about it..

:)I do'nt know what we can do really, seems our government over tax us on fuel, tobbacco, alcohol in comparison to other EU countries, then moan when we decide not to get ripped off & "make our own arrangements" that by us doing so they lose revenue. Well if they were'nt so frickin' greedy we'd buy said products here & they'd get a fair reveue in return.
I ca'nt register with an NHS Dentist. Do i pay any less National Ins? Do i b******s!
Sorry, turned into a rant. Nuff said. >:(

101.9 for a litre of petrol. It's been drilled for, transported, refined, researched, additives added, transported again and finally reaches our filling stations where the price is increased four fold by taxes... and we complain about the price of petrol at the cashdesk....
...while buying a litre of water for 1.20 :-/

At 22mpg It's costing me a fortune >:(

all well and good, but fuel duty accounts for around 45% of the total cost, and even then you have VAT added on afterwards... So in effect its actually taxed twice.

Not ruddy likely. I object to getting the vaseline out when I fill up. The chances of me buying any of the other rubbish in a petrol station are minimal!
