Title: Ignition Barrel problem
Post by: jamboman1874 on 15 October 2008, 11:40:53
Last night went to start the car and everything switched on but engine would not start. Stripped off the bezel around steering column and removed ignition switch to discover taht the metal rod which comes from the ignition barrel had sheared off. Omegas in breakers yards up here in Fife are rarer than hens Teeth. Can anyone help me out???

Try Overton's vehicle dismantlers in Aberdeen - I think they deliver and you can also pick up parts from their agent in perth for nothing.
Last time I looked they were scrapping a couple of omega's.
Just google Overton for the web-site.
