Title: 0500 speed sensor!... Rolling road day???
Post by: feeutfo on 20 October 2008, 18:28:03
car felt a bit vibey on tick over so i did pedal trick. And got 0500 speed sensor! Am Presumeing this is abs related and have put it down to the rolling road day a week ago Sunday when the abs and traction controle lights lit up after the dyno confused it.
1 is that correct assumption?
2 i thought the pedal trick only read the engine ecu?
No other codes found, even though i turned on the ignition with the dash out about a month ago. Def correct code i read it about 10 times. Still could be wrong then. :-)
Cheers.

paper clip test on my tractor produced 24 vehicle speed sensor. the engine management light did not come on till friday morning and i had to put up with it in a low power limp mode all weekend on my holiday.
