Are leathers the same from the estate as the saloon??
i.e. if i were to purchase leather from an estate would they fit to my saloon ?????

No, I believe that the back seats are different between saloon and estate.
Ironically enough though I think that saloon back seats are consistent from pre-facelift to facelift, and the same can be said of estate seats.
If you're looking to upgrade to leather seats, do not go backward in the front seat department, because you may lose the side integral airbags which would then invalidate your insurance.
If there are a set of seats available which are now not suitable, given the above, and there is money burning a hole in your pocket, fear not, be a little patient and look on the parts for sale section.
MarkeyMark and MutantCav, amongst others, are always breaking Omegas and a suitable set of seats will come up before you know it.
Their prices are surprisingly good too. :y

As said not the same for the rear seats...saloon and estate rear seats are very different...front seats are the same but for a facelift make sure you get a set from 98 onwards with the side airbags in the front seats...
