Hi guys,
In my quest to hopefully be able to offer you the option of having your cars "chipped", I am wondering if it may be possible for someone with a 3.2 and a 2.6 Omega to look at the outside casing of their ecu and tell me what the numbers are on it?
Also, is it possible for some one to perhaps get a photograph of the inside of the ecu for the 3.2 / 2.6 please?
Thanks :y

Sorry, my phone cam isn't brilliant.... I'll try to copy the numbers by hand.

Get a picture of the white label.
The guts are surface mount items and its a flash based ECU (can be updated via tech2.)

I dont think that the ecu map can replaced with tech 2? At least that is what I have been told.
Im looking for anything that may be significant - it may be that ultimately the ecu can be flashed on the bench.
Thanks Markjay - i look forward to a second post :y

Well, you can update the software via tech2 and this software can also include a new map....
