Title: Rattling cat heat shield on V6 exhaust

It isn't affecting the performance of the car but is irritating.

I seem to remember reading on the forum that a jubilee clip would do the job. On mine I can't see that that would work as rust has eaten away the rear end of the heat shield a bit , better might be a metal object  wedged inside.

Anybody else had this problem and what did you do please?

Get a big jubilee clip and put it around the shield and exhaust ;)

or do like me and marksdtm do and cut the poxy things off !!  :y
