Title: car sometimes loses its power

Hi all every now and again after iv parked the car for a few mins when i drive of again there is no power to it and i have to rev the engine then its fine.I replace the lambda sensor about 3/4 weeks ago as this was the prob it was having before but 10 times worst.can anyone else think what can be wrong with it.I do have a small hole in the exhaust could that be the reason why

I don't know if its any help but I ran mine with a slight exhaust blow for a couple of weeks and it didn't really cause any power loss just sounded meaty.
