Title: forum help
Post by: Pride and Joy on 21 September 2006, 17:42:32
I'm a newbie and have posted a few messages. What I would like to know is why are some "new" messages flagged as "new" and others are not. Have I missed an icon somewhere. I think this is a very useful option and would like to be able to use it.

Cheers to all

Normally they are flagged as new if you've not opened the thread, or if you have, someone else has made a new post in it that you haven't read. When they're not flagged as new, it means you have opened the thread and there are no new posts in it....errm....I think :-/ :)

NEW appears if there are posts within that thread that you personally haven't read...
