Title: running rough and 3.0 cams...
Post by: ngrainqey on 16 December 2008, 20:39:10
i was saying about having the omega running to somebody at work.. now i'v heard an omega run rough as crap with the fuel guage on empty and it develope the miss fire of doom :P (so i know what it sounds like)

...i'v got very similar symptoms on my 2.5 with 3.0 cams in... if the timings very almost spot on with cams 1 and 2 with the line on the cams just to the left of the timing guage marking...(it's not even half a tooth out its with the lines touching the guage lines if that makes sense)

my question is:
is it because i need to bleed the air from the fuel rail(as i didnt have time to bleed it and i was in need of somebody to try and start to car to piss fuel and the air out) or is it the timing causing it to run slightly rough or is it just down to fueling so leave it be?

thanks
